Website Registration Instructions

Note: In order to register for the website, you must have a valid email address on file with the league office.

Begin by clicking Create Your Account link in the navigation bar.



Read the Registration Rules and Terms of Usage, if you agree and accept, click the Agree button at the bottom of the page. This will take you to the website registration form.

1. Fill in the E-mail address that you provided the on APA membership application
2. Create a user name (this is the name other members will see)
3. Create a password (make sure you write it down)
4. Enter your 5 digit player number. Your APA Player number can be found in two places:

• The first place is on your weekly team scoresheet. It is the 5 digit number to the left of your name.
  
• The second place is on your APA Membership Card. This card will contain an 8-digit number (not 5-digits), beginning with 366. DO NOT ENTER the first 3 numbers. Eg: If your APA membership card shows player number 36609999. Do not enter 366. Only enter 09999.

5. Birth Date: Select your year, then the month then day. They will pop up when the previous one is selected.
6. Select your Gender.
7. Click the Submit button.
8. The next screen will tell you that you are almost done. You have to get the confirmation e-mail. When you receive it, click on the link provided to confirm your registration.

Sometimes your confirmation/activation e-mail will be filtered as spam. There is nothing we can do to prevent this. To have the e-mail resent you can click on the link at the top right of the website home page, Re-send Activation Email and follow the directions. If you still do not receive the confirmation e-mail contact the league office via the email that you registered with. Provide your name, player number, and birth date and we will manually activate your account.

If you see a screen says: There Was A Problem With Your Details. Basically, the website is telling you that the information you submitted does not match what we have on record for you.
This can be caused by an incomplete registration form, an error in the data you submitted, or missing or inaccurate data on file at the League Office.

To correct the problem:

1. Go back to the form and recheck that the data you entered is both complete and accurate. Then resubmit the form.
2. If the form still returns errors please write down which fields are causing the problem.
3. Contact the League Office, provide your name, player number, birth date and the e-mail address that you are using to register and the error you are receiving.
